Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development and implementation of effective compensation strategies and benefit programs that align with organizational goals, enhance employer brand, and support talent acquisition. This role focuses on designing competitive salary structures, managing benefits packages.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company’s pay structures align with industry standards and remain competitive.
  • Oversee the development and administration of salary structures, incentive programs, and bonus plans to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure compensation and benefits strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and labor laws related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze and report on compensation metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and support decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and managers on compensation and benefits issues, policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct internal audits and update policies as needed to maintain compliance and align with evolving market conditions.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs and changes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a Relevant Field
  • 10-12 years in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits; multinational experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems; SAP experience is beneficial.
  • FMCG Experience and Knowledge is an added advantage
  • Candidates should have a consulting background (from any of the big 4 preferably)
