We are looking to hire a Community & Social Media Strategist to become the founding voice of our digital community.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive social media and community-building strategy that translates our core values into a compelling online presence.
  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (posts, threads, stories, and short-form videos) that communicates our mission, celebrates success, and sparks meaningful conversation.
  • Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages and fostering a safe, supportive, and interactive online environment.
  • Drive traffic to our pre-launch landing page, with a clear focus on building a high-quality waitlist of potential tribe members.
  • Embody the brand's tone of voice—professional, empowering, and rooted in integrity—across all platforms (initially LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter).
  • Work closely with the UI/UX Designer to ensure brand consistency and with the Business Developer to align on strategic messaging and goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including audience growth, engagement rates, and waitlist conversions, providing insights for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in social media management and, crucially, online community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter, comfortable taking initiative in a lean, early-stage environment.
  • Passionate about economic empowerment and creating a tangible social impact.
