Job Summary
We are currently looking for a qualified Community Manager that can join our team. We are looking for someone that is experienced in using social media, public relations and promotional events. Someone that will be responsible for managing and handling communications in both directions. This is a REMOTE job.

Job Description/Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Setting and implementing social media campaigns that aligns with the organisation’s goals
Come up with engaging texts, image and video contents for the social media accounts
Monitor, track and provide timely feedback and online reviews
Build relationship with customers, industries professionals and journalists
Organise and manage events to push the brand’s awareness
Qualifications and Skills
Proven work experience as a community manager or a similar role
Experience in launching community initiatives (building an online forum etc)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
Excellent writing skills
Excellent verbal communications skills
Experience with social media management for brands
Attention to details and ability to multitask
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Education
BSc in marketing or a related field
Other requirements
1 year experience at least
