Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Community Moderator & Support Agent:
- Monitor and manage community interactions to maintain a positive environment.
- Facilitate discussions, answer member inquiries, and provide timely support.
- Enforce community guidelines and address issues promptly.
- Organize and moderate online events and discussions.
Podcast Guest Organizer:
- Identify and reach out to potential podcast guests.
- Coordinate and schedule podcast recordings.
- Follow up with guests to confirm details and logistics.
- Maintain an organized schedule and database of guests.
Content Upload Coordinator:
- Upload and share edited content on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with the Editor team to ensure timely delivery and good content creation
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies.
Course Organizer:
- Coordinate with experts to design and structure their courses.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely completion of course materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
- 2 years of previous experience in community management, customer support, event coordination, and social media management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with online platforms, social media,
