You'll be the voice of our brand, creating meaningful connections, managing communications, and helping to build a loyal and thriving community.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilites:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our community members.
- Manage and moderate online platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack, forums, social media)
- Organize and support community events, AMAs, webinars, or meetups (virtual or in-person).
- Draft and distribute engaging communications across channels (email newsletters, social, internal updates).
- Work with the marketing team to align messaging and tone of voice.
- Create or source community spotlights, user stories, and feedback loops.
- Help plan and schedule posts in collaboration with the social and content teams.
- Monitor channels for mentions, trends, and opportunities to engage.
- Respond to messages and comments in a timely and brand-aligned way.
- Track and report on community health and engagement metrics.
- Collect and share community feedback with relevant teams to improve product or service offerings.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc. in any field of study
- 2 years of working experience is required
