Job Summary

Dyslexia Nigeria is looking for a passionate, relationship-building, sales-driven and customer-oriented Client Recruitment Representative to be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships and overseeing our recruitment programme.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be a fast and willing learner, have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.


Responsibilities:

  • Researching prospects and generating leads.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

  • making sales calls, 

  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Understanding and promoting organization programs.

  • Obtaining full, deposits and balance of payment from clients.

  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Answering client questions about credit terms, programmes, products, prices and availability.

  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.

  • Participating in organization meetings.

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

  • Continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals

  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

  • Ensure that the organization is reaching its target audience through collaboration with other departments.

  • Informing programme/product developers of possible programme/product improvements and changes to ensure that organization programme/ products meet current market needs.

  • Analyzing competitors' programme/products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

  • Together with top Management, plan and oversee campaigns and events to raise money and other kinds of donations for the organization.

  • Compile or develop materials to submit to granting or other funding organizations

  •  Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions

  •  Identify and build relationships with potential donors

  •  Contact corporate representatives, government officials, or community leaders to increase awareness of organizational causes, activities, or needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.

  • Proven sales experience.

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to take technical knowledge and communicate it easily, simply and in an articulate manner..

  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communicator.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and sales software programs.

  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
