Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform a vital part of the client care process by making sure DNA test samples are properly collected and routed for testing.
- Properly record test requests, test orders
- Help clients on the phone or face-to-face.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree (preferably in biological sciences)
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Lagos. Candidates residing around Maryland are preferred
