Client & Digital Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support project and operations management across multiple businesses.
• Create and monitor social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, content engagement, analytics).
• Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Provide administrative and documentation support.
• Collect and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitive analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency in operations and marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or early career professional with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, social media platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Previous internship or experience in digital marketing or client-facing roles is an advantage.
