Job Summary

Sartorius is seeking an individual with drive, passion, and a competitive spirit to be part of the Digtal team. As the Customer Acquisition Specialist (CAS), this position is responsible for reaching out to potential customers delivering a sales presentation with passion, commitment, courtesy, and professionalism. Additionally, this position uses unwavering customer service and high ethical selling standards. This position is responsible for building trust and rapport withB2C customers. Generates leads that will become lifetime customers for the digital business. The Customer Acquisition Specialist will specifically be assigned responsibility for either increasing penetration of our existing customers or acquiring new customers. The objective is to work closely with the other teams involved in the process, e.g., Digital Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to improve conversion funnels of visitors to subscriber

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identification and selection of untapped accounts to target
  • attract and develop an audience within untapped areas to monetize digital products/services.
  • Research and understand the competitive landscape to identify and track target customers.
  • Promote awareness of digital products -identifying and engaging with key decision-makers at prospective accounts.
  • Understand buying influences and motivations of key decision-makers in organizations and leverage that information to secure commitments for further meetings.
  • Work closely with Marketing partners and internal stakeholders to utilize resources to support value offerings as well as generate early-stage leads.
  • Understanding digital products, as well as customers, needs to develop strategies to grow the business within the region.
  • Develop an overview of customer research efforts and analyze customer needs.
  • Develop strategies and presentation materials to meet customer-specific needs (based on development timelines and type of decision-maker).
  • Experience in digital marketing and communication channels for digital growth
  • Collect and qualify leads utilizing an internal database to store relevant account information.
  • Closely monitor and pay continuous attention to key changes in product portfolio and key market changes.
  • Customer-focused time up to 70%
  • Increase subscription conversion rate from users to loyal subscribers
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in computer science and related disciplines. (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management)
  • 1- 3 years of eCommerce experience to encompass some of the following aspects: Software. SaaS, R&D, Product Development, is preferred
  • Strong consultative interaction and communication skills with (prospective) customers.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in the digital sales process, analytical skills for using customer dashboards
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred
  • Strong identification with core values: sustainability, openness, attention to details
