Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their go-to contact.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns (social media, email, content, etc.) to grow our brand.
  • Create engaging digital content to showcase our expertise and attract new clients.
  • Research market trends and spot new business opportunities.
  • Support proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for new client acquisition.
  • Oversee branding and ensure a consistent company image.
  • Track performance of campaigns, client engagement, and lead pipelines.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Represent Project Experts Hub at industry events, networking meetups, and conferences.
  • Assist in planning and promoting training programmes and workshops.
  • Travel to client sites as needed (must be able to drive).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (social media, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy with great IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be able to drive.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, account management, or client relations (bonus if you know construction or IT).
