Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily clerical work, including writing, copying, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the systematic storage of company documents and archives.
- Support the administrative needs of various departments, such as preparing reports, memos, and communications.
- Assist in organizing and arranging meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and conducting follow-up.
- Handle the sending and receiving of company emails, forwarding, and distribution of documents.
Requirements:
- Have good organizational skills and a meticulous work attitude.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Have problem-solving skills and be able to complete work tasks independently.
- Candidates with relevant administrative or clerical work experience are preferred.
- High school or equivalent, candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
