A reputable hotel is recruiting for a Chinese chef who would be responsible for overseeing the production of Chinese cuisine, determine the presentation of menu items and plan menus.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

* Lead, Mentor and manage culinary team

* Develop and plan menus and daily special

* Create prep list for kitchen crew

* Manage food costing and inventory

* Maintain standard for food storage, rotation quality and appearance

* Ensure compliance and applicable health codes and regulations

* Ability to study menu, set up and prepare high quality dishes

* Vast knowledge of Chinese cuisines
