Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and execution of its technology strategy. As CTO, you will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and innovative digital lending solutions that empower access to finance for individuals and SMEs across Nigeria.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable, secure, and innovative tech strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the in-house and outsourced development teams in building and maintaining the loan management system and customer portals.
- Ensure high standards of data security, system uptime, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NDPR, CBN/ML laws).
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and compliance teams to enhance digital KYC, and credit scoring.
- Drive tech partnerships and integrations (e.g., CRC Credit Bureau, payment gateways, mobile USSD/SDK platforms).
- Oversee platform performance, APIs, and infrastructure (preferably cloud-based).
- Champion agile product development and continuous innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior tech leadership role, preferably in a fintech or financial services startup.
- Strong background in software architecture, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and DevOps.
- Solid understanding of digital lending ecosystems, credit scoring systems, and fintech regulations in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance tech teams.
- Strong product mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with business and finance teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with proven technical skills and leadership in building scalable digital products.
