She will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company and growing the brand to draw global attraction in the media and digital space.

Responsibilities:
As the CEO of our company, your responsibilities will be:
Strategy Formulation
- Setting the vision for the company and defining the overall strategy to scale
- Driving growth, profitability, and company value
- Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth
- Being the public champion for the business
- Making high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
- Reporting updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
- Developing high-quality business strategies and plans that are in alignment with the company’s overall short-term and long-term objectives
- Aligning resources to achieve key business goals
- Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy, and strategic objectives.
Revenue Generation/ Partnerships:
- Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive revenue growth
- Driving revenue growth, profitability, and company values to ensure consistent results and exponential growth
- Nurturing existing partner relationships and identifying new business opportunities with potential clients to drive growth for the business
- Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network
Client/Project Management:
- Providing expert guidance to all marketing and content departments to drive quality deliverables on client projects
- Providing key strategic support for special initiatives or projects as needed
- Leading the transformation of client projects from vision to a scaled and constructed solution for African women within and outside of our community
Marketing:
- Overseeing the marketing department functions and ensuring that team members have a clear understanding of the overall company’s growth objectives
- Ensuring that all marketing campaigns are aligned to the overall growth strategy
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the various departments and looking for ways to align the marketing department’s activities to support their key objectives
Finance, Operations & Advisory:
- Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture
- Driving day-to-day operations
- Aligning existing resources to achieve key business goals
- Owning the organizational operational budget and managing burn rate
- Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of our financial structure and capital strategy
- Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales, marketing, and programs
- Provide advisory support to drive long term financial goals and outlook
- Reporting strategic updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on quarterly goals
- Being the public champion/ambassador for the business.
Salary: Gross salary (NGN 1,200,000 - 1,500,000) depending on experience and value
