You will be responsible for all office management related functions.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

  • Office management (office properties management and inventory upkeep)
  • Clerical duties (printing, scanning, and typing)
  • Office conduct management/staff and visitors management
  • Attendance /client visit management
  • Office equipment’s and replaceable inventories
  • Bookkeeping/record.
  • Financial recordings for expense and income
  • Invoicing/receipts and billing confirmation
  • Follow-up on payment/ Email for payment
  • Staff management (write staff OE, accept staff requests,
  • physical/emails, letters etc.
  • Staff welfare (preparing staff increment, reduction for lateness or
  • absenteeism, appreciation packages, leave management etc.

Qualification

  • (OND/HND, BSC)
  • Knowledge of Office suites - Powerpoint, Excel and MS word is compulsory
