- Office management (office properties management and inventory upkeep)
- Clerical duties (printing, scanning, and typing)
- Office conduct management/staff and visitors management
- Attendance /client visit management
- Office equipment’s and replaceable inventories
- Financial recordings for expense and income
- Invoicing/receipts and billing confirmation
- Follow-up on payment/ Email for payment
- Staff management (write staff OE, accept staff requests,
- physical/emails, letters etc.
- Staff welfare (preparing staff increment, reduction for lateness or
- absenteeism, appreciation packages, leave management etc.
- (OND/HND, BSC)
- Knowledge of Office suites - Powerpoint, Excel and MS word is compulsory
