Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of continental and local dishes, ensuring authenticity and flavor.
- Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety compliance.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with management to create special event menus and promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 350,000
