We are looking to hire an experienced Chef to assume duty immediately. You will be responsible for Prepping & Cooking food. Keeping the fridge and freezers rotated and checked. Also, the kitchen area's clean and tidy.
- Minimum Qualification:High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:3 years
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans, and kitchen scales.
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
- Prepare food in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Slightly modify recipes to meet the needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) of guests.
- Monitor food stock and place orders.
- Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- Proven work experience as a Chef.
- Age between: 30 - 40 years
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions strictly.
Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 80,000
