Responsibilities
- Preparation of meal orders and other culinary tasks
- Team work with other chefs and Kitchen Assistants
- Planning and execution of bespoke orders
- Consistency of quality and quantity of meals, plated to exact business standards
- Compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional disposition with coworkers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven working experience as a Nigerian Cuisine Chef
- Diploma in Culinary Science or a related discipline
- Speed and accuracy in meal preparation
- Calm, productive and thorough under pressure
- Communication and leadership skills
- Reside in Port Harcourt
