Responsibilities
  • Preparation of meal orders and other culinary tasks
  • Team work with other chefs and Kitchen Assistants
  • Planning and execution of bespoke orders
  • Consistency of quality and quantity of meals, plated to exact business standards
  • Compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional disposition with coworkers 

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years proven working experience as a Nigerian Cuisine Chef
  • Diploma in Culinary Science or a related discipline
  • Speed and accuracy in meal preparation
  • Calm, productive and thorough under pressure
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Reside in Port Harcourt
