Your role will interface between the finance team, warehouse, procurement, and retail units — making you a key player in operational excellence.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee inventory valuation, control, reconciliation, and reporting across all outlets.
- Monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and ensure proper documentation of goods movement.
- Ensure accurate cost of goods sold (COGS) computation and product profitability analysis.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and reporting.
- Provide actionable insights through financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA certified – mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, Banking or FMCG.
- Strong command of ERP systems, ability to work cross-functionally to optimize financial modules and inventory interfaces.
- Proven track record in inventory accounting, stock control, and inventory optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/Data Management and Analysis tool proficiency.
- Integrity, precision, and a luxury-brand mindset.
