Change Development Representative

Responsibilities:

• Change Management Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that focus on adapting the facility's processes, products, and services to meet the specific needs of HORECA clients.
• HORECA Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the trends, preferences, and challenges of the HORECA industry, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
• Relationship Building with HORECA Clients: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, understanding their unique requirements and feedback to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Product Customization: Work closely with the production team to assess and develop customized beef products or packaging that align with the specific requirements of HORECA establishments.
• Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to negotiate pricing and contract terms that are mutually beneficial for the facility and HORECA clients.
• Training and Education: Provide training and educational materials to HORECA clients ensuring they understand the unique selling points and benefits of the facility's products.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work in coordination with the supply chain team to ensure seamless and timely delivery of beef products to HORECA clients, minimizing any disruptions to their operations.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all changes in production, packaging, or distribution meet the necessary compliance, food safety standards, and regulations required by HORECA clients.
• Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback from HORECA clients to identify areas for improvement and incorporate their insights into the change development process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, production, and quality control, to ensure the successful implementation of changes catering to HORECA clients.
• Marketing Support: Provide marketing support to the sales and marketing teams increasing promotional materials, campaigns, and messaging that appeal to HORECA clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and impact of the changes implemented for HORECA clients, using data and feedback to optimise strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the facility, seeking opportunities to enhance products and services specifically for HORECA clients.
• By fulfilling these functions and responsibilities, you will play a key role in adapting the beef processing farm facility to better serve the unique needs of HORECA clients, leading to increased customer satisfaction and business growth within the hospitality and food service industries.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any related discipline 
  
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
• Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
• Proven knowledge of project management
• Excellent negotiation skills
