Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily meal preparation and ensure quality, variety, and hygiene.
- Accurately proportion meals for students.
- Train and guide students on table manners and proper dining habits.
- Manage catering staff and maintain kitchen standards.
- Monitor food supplies and ensure effective stock management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Catering, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in catering or hospitality management.
- Ability to teach and enforce table manners.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a school environment is an added advantage.
