Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Cash Collection: Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Bookkeeping,
- Bank transactions
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of either an SSCE, OND or NCE
- Familiarities with electronic equipment, like a cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
Remuneration: NGN 50,000
