We are looking to hire a Customer Service Agent(Ghanian) who will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and respond to customers' emails and chats.

Job Description

1. Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and respond to customers' emails and chats.

2. Provide product and service information to customers.

3. Research required information using available resources.

4. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.

5. Process orders, forms, and applications.

6. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

7. Follow up customer calls where necessary.

8. Complete call logs and reports.


Job Requirements

1. Must have telemarketing skills.

2.  Must be able to speak Twi or Ga fluently.

3. Bsc

4. Proficient in relevant computer applications.

5.1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.

6. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

7. Excellent data entry and typing skills.

8. Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

9. Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
