We are helping a fintech company to recruit call center agents. The main job is debt collection (before due and after due).
1. You MUST have experience working in a reputable call center (Konga, Jumia, banks preferred)
2. It is a 3-month project, with potential to become full time staff
3. No bonus for the first 1-2 "learning" months. You will be paid a bonus based on your collection results once you pass initial learning period.
