Job Summary

Nathans Limited owners of the largest dry cleaning chain in Africa is looking for a smart Call Centre Agent. Do you have the ability to provide excellent Customer service to all clients Are you willing to respond to emergency notifications and external and internal calls? If you have a passion for customer relations you are just what we are looking for.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: More than 20 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and responds to emails 
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into the system
  • Update existing customer information 
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
