We are a vacation rental property company looking for an experienced candidate for the role of business support to manage our listings on Airbnb and Booking.com. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication & Satisfaction: This is key. You'll be advising guests on room availability, following check-in procedures, and ensuring a smooth overall experience. This includes making follow-up calls to gauge satisfaction after their stay.
- Property Management Coordination: You'll act as the communication hub, coordinating between cleaners, guests, and the admin team. This involves notifying cleaners of guest check-outs and ensuring the property is ready for new arrivals.
- Listing and Booking Management: Manage vacation rental listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, including managing photos and descriptions to showcase properties effectively, and making updates, and reservations.
- Security & Monitoring: You'll monitor cameras (during night shifts), look out for any rule violations, and politely inform guests if necessary.
- Problem-Solving: You'll be a problem-solving pro, able to tackle tasks created by the team and follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in property management, customer service or the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of photography and copywriting
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana) or similar organizational techniques.
- Experience in administrative support roles.
- Experience in client facing roles.
- Must be located in Port Harcourt
- Designated professional, quiet workspace
- Availability to work night shifts without interruption
