Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required by Schoolablepay or leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients or customers, addressing inquiries, solving issues, or forwarding concerns to relevant departments.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships by ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between teams.
- Ensure project documentation is kept up to date and organized for stakeholders to reference.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Provide recommendations and assist in implementing new systems, workflows, or processes to optimize business operations in Schoolable.
- Collaborate with customer support to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into business processes or product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, assist in preparing contracts, and agreements, and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Requirements:
