Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build a store environment that delivers flawless customer service and selling experience through beautiful store visual standards, execution of sales, promotions, and outreach. Generate sales and profit, minimize losses and ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
- Investigate and develop new customers and drive customer loyalty by maintaining customer databases as well as product portfolio, including tracking of customer visits, samples, trials, quotes, complaints, and activities towards sales closure and increasing sales and brand awareness
- Understand the key market drivers, adapt a marketing strategy, and understand new product developments and market trends to gain a competitive advantage.
- Identify and implement these strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals
- Prepare sales and marketing analysis reports about the business segment, plans, and marketing initiatives for increasing market share, growth, and competition analysis
- Represent the brand image through personal and professional appearance.
- Take responsibility for the productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing, and inventory results.
- Executes sales plans consistently, drives sales through KPIs, to achieve high levels of operational excellence
- Responsible for all activities within the store, oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Retail Management or similar industry experience
- Must be fashion oriented with a good sense of style and entrepreneurial
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong skills in the areas: project management, planning, organizing, negotiation, coordinating, controlling, and innovation.
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
- Strong business acumen.
