Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in catering operations.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and analyse performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Oversee marketing and sales initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations across all indoor and outdoor events.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is typically required.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in business management, finance, or a related field. The specific number of years will depend on the complexity of the role, but typically, 3+ years is expected.
- Experience in the hospitality (Restaurant, Café and Event) industry the company operates is highly valued, demonstrating success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, Marketing & Sales, Understanding of marketing and sales principles.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems, financial modelling software, and data analysis tools.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 (depending on experience)
