Job Summary
The manager will take charge and provide reports of sales in/sales out, stock received by the warehouse manager, daily stock position report, daily updates of customers' ledgers, with payment made in company account and invoices raised, provide a report on PL.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monthly sales in target & Achievement – He is required to fully take charge of and plan to achieve this.
- Monthly sales out target & Achievement- The person is to plan how to achieve the channel targets with WDM and CBP. He is required to submit daily/ weekly sales reports to the management.
- Cash collection updates – He is expected to update all ledgers, and customer cards daily.
- Full reconciliation of statement of Account expectation vs paid. This should be done by the first week of a new month with vendors' managers.
- Stock reconciliation should be done weekly with the storekeeper, with feedback to the management.
- Stocks received updates- This is to be taken note of in the vendor's ledgers.
- Daily Debt reconciliation with sales reps, van reps, foot soldiers- This is done by updating payments made into the company's accounts.
- Promotions reconciliation -This is to be done weekly with vendors managers and a report will be submitted to the management.
- Staff Management – All staff are to be managed by the person. He is to ensure discipline and a coordinated attitude while maintaining teamwork.
- Van Operations- The person is to ensure all vans are working. Coordinate the maintenance and service of vans.
- I.T: He will work with both manual customers card and the QuickBooks accounting program.
