We are looking for a committed business manager to manage our business for growth. The Successful candidate must be dependable, a self-starter, and have good customer service, selling, and business administration and operations skills.

Job Description/Requirements
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Gain Complete Product knowledge of our offerings – if you don’t know your product you can’t sell it.
- Gain an understanding of our business process and be comfortable telling the Savvie retail story to customers - You are a brand ambassador.
- Strong Selling Skills - Good ability to cross-sell and upsell to customers, coordinating with rest of sales team and MD.
- Customer relationship Management: Cultivate and develop relationship with high spenders and manage the relationship with that customer for repeat business.
- Present and Dress well
- Strong skills to sell using technology - WhatsApp, Instagram Facebook, SMS, and Telephone customers are online now (they are not coming into the store as much) Be able to Use social media platforms to communicate with customers. - Capture products and write about products. Respond to all inquiries that the business receives on any digital/online platform.
- Must be able to arrange, display Fashion and beauty- Store Product display skills. Must (or learn how to) be able to photograph products using IOS or Android from good angles and good lighting.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports/information on customer needs, problems interests and new product requests
- Support, groom, and coach sales staff to ensure they deliver on sales targets and customer service.
- Support Business for sales staff development, performance, and accountability by implementing the Operation manual. Also, continue to develop and maintain the Business Operations Manual
- Coordinate and drive entire sales effort.
- Supply management with reports/information on customer needs, problems interests and new product requests
- Keep abreast of promotional trends and best practices.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Collate basic Inventory, Expenses and Sales Records.
- Analyze territory/market potential.
- Manage Participation of Savvie in Sales Exhibitions to include set up, sales, and break down. (When we return to normal)
- Manage projects that translates to business growth for Savvie – Including planning and implementing exhibitions.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in management, business, or social sciences, fashion
- Experience in fashion retail or beauty business, event planning, or business a plus
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite Package. Particularly Excel
- Very good communication skills: Oral and Written
- Must have an interest in retail.
- Must have strong administration and coordination skills.
- Must be a self-starter and can complete projects on their own
- Must be friendly and possess customer service etiquette
- Must have updated technology skills
- Digital marketing skill is a plus
Remuneration: N100,000 - N200,000
