Job Summary
The Business Executive superintend and spearhead business operations to ensure everything runs efficiently and very smoothly. They can make corporate decisions, set goals and budgets, establish guidelines and timelines, negotiate with potential business partners, and develop business strategies to optimize overall operations. They are also responsible for driving the company's sales by sourcing new clients, and convincing existing ones to purchase the company's products and appreciate the company's proprietary name.

Requirements:
- Working with management to develop and implement business development strategy.
- Coordinating with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients
- Updating and maintaining customer information database on a regular basis
- Participating in meetings to report business prospects and status updates to management and clients.
- Guiding, training, and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets.
- Traveling to customers' sites and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
- Attending clients' conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
- Establishing strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding such inquiries as products, pricing, and issues/concerns.
- Conducting market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business
- Identifying and securing business opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding clients' needs and offering solutions and supports
- Answering potential clients' questions and follow-up call questions
- Responding to clients' requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at clients' meetings, trade shows, and conferences
- Cold-calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Collaborating with the management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Salary Expectation: NGN 50,000 – 70,000
Location: Egbeda, Iyana-Ipaja.
