Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, digital trends, and opportunities for growth in online and offline markets.
- Analyze industry trends, digital marketing analytics, and competitors to inform business strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital products or services in the market.
- Identify and target potential clients and partners using digital platforms and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, both online and offline.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.
- Develop and implement business development strategies, focusing on digital marketing, content creation, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of digital and traditional business plans.
- Leverage remote work tools to manage projects and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and create engaging posts using Canva and other design tools.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Optimize website content for SEO and manage website updates and development projects.
- Create, edit, and proofread digital content, including blog posts, eBooks, and social media content.
- Utilize transcribing tools and techniques to produce accurate and timely content.
- Manage participant experience for online events, webinars, and digital learning platforms.
- Drive sales activities through online and traditional channels to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in digital products and services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and business cases with a focus on digital solutions.
- Utilize IT technical skills to troubleshoot and manage digital platforms, websites, and online tools.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using email marketing software and CRM systems.
- Leverage remote work skills to manage projects, communicate with clients, and collaborate with team members efficiently.
- Produce, format, and publish eBooks, managing the entire production process from content creation to digital distribution.
- Explore and implement side hustle opportunities related to digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and online tutoring.
- Assist with limited accounting tasks, including invoicing, financial reporting, and managing basic tax requirements for digital products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or IT are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on social media and IT skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, website development, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong content creation skills, including experience with Canva, eBook production, and transcribing.
- IT technical skills with experience in website management, email marketing, and CRM systems.
- Sales and marketing skills with a focus on online channels and digital platforms.
- Basic accounting and tax knowledge, particularly for digital products and online services.
- Experience in remote work environments, with strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to proofread and edit digital content, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and leverage side hustle opportunities.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for digital innovation.
- Adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both online and offline.
Remuneration: NGN 135,000
