We seek to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence in the hospitality and travel industries.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities & trends in the short-let apartment market. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
  • Analyze competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to develop strategic plans.
  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Create proposals for partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to promote our Business 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize social media, online platforms, and traditional marketing channels to promote our business.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.




Requirements: 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Travel or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. 
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with the hospitality or service apartment industry and vast knowledge in digital marketing are an advantage.
