Job Description/Requirements

  • Responsible for the development of growth strategy focused both on financial gain, growth of the business, and client satisfaction
  • An innovative and creative mind who has passion and knowledge for information technology
  • Find new targets and leads to promote the sales and services of the company finding new strategies to attract new customers and boosting the business of the organization.
  • Identifying and qualifying business opportunities, build clients engagement by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals and creating new relationships.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and strategies to meet the targeted prospects (Federal and state government, private sectors and individuals
  • Understanding the needs of the customer and providing services as per his need or requirements
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable tech salespeople
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, Building strategies for increasing the sales of the company and Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients. targeting new customers, analyze the needs of old clients and provides solutions to them.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through active networking and personal/strategic emails, phone calls and social messages
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, up to and including C-Level Executives
  • Qualify and uncover prospective client needs, goals and pain points to determine if the Gartner Digital Markets platforms are right for them
  • Scheduling demo appointments between Business Development Specialists and potential clients
  • Brainstorming and creating a team of innovative, growth members who can come up with business development strategies and proposals
  • Attending networking events.
  • Achieve monthly quotas Drive proof of concepts with potential customers as well as lead customer-facing presentations
  • Identifying solutions and services that would appeal to new clients
  • Provide pricing and configuration guidance
  • Gather customer technical requirements needed to guide software development and assists in managing the overall project process particularly in communicating timelines and expectations with the dealer and customer Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources (Hoovers D&B. Zoom Info, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Qualifying leads from form fills, marketing campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, etc.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions,
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Use Salesforce to document all potential activity
