Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure effective lead generation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in the health-tech industry.
- Existing network of healthcare providers.
- Residing in Ikeja, Lagos Mainland.
