Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and have a strong understanding of market trends and sales strategies.
- Proven experience in business development or marketing within banking, insurance or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and strategies.
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- BSc degree in a relevant course of study
