Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

 Strategy:

• Develop growth strategies and plans on how to generate revenue for the Virtual-O arm of the Business.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of all the office space within the company, considering the costs of each space to meet the annual set target for the BU
• Amend and revise the look and feel of the office(s) as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and clients' expectation
• Devising strategies to drive utilization by clients

Operations:

• Prospects for potential clients to register for various company training Programme
• Ensure client's database are up to date
• Prepare and send bespoke proposals to clients for office space utilization.
• Administer and analyze clients’ evaluation reports.
• Monitor utilization progress and give input where necessary based on quality improvement.
• Ensure that monthly progress reports and quarterly progress reports are prepared and shared promptly with the Line manager and other stakeholders as applicable
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and annual  reporting

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
• Provide clients with customized Virtual-O products (training, interview, AGMs, Symposium, workspace, co-working space, and Private reading corner).
• Manage a robust pipeline of vendors that will be able to provide refreshments for clients using the office facility for programs as applicable
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Requirements:

• 1 year experience
• HND/B.Sc in a relevant field
