Job Description/Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ability to write grant and investment proposals.
2. Identifying trendsetter ideas by analyzing and researching industry and related events, publications, demographics, customer insights, competitor analysis, and other relevant information to form marketing, sales strategies, and tactics.
3. Product planning and developments.
4. Coordinating, leading, and directing the entire sales and marketing to achieve goals and targets.
5. Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of all communication materials on all platforms ( Online & Offline ).
6. Identifying new business opportunities as well as building relationships within and outside the industry.
7. Planning approaches and creating winning sales pitches.
8. Developing ways to improve customer experiences and build brand loyalty.
9. Making Strategic decisions on how to engage the audience(B2C), grow traffic, and increase engagement with exhibiting partners
10. Managing marketing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records.
11. Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
12. Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
13. Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
14. Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets.
15. Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.

Salary Expectation: 60,000 - 75,000
