Job Summary
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, securing and sourcing the purchase of scrap lead-acid batteries and ensuring the smooth operation of battery collation centers located in Ogere, Ogun, and Ibadan. The role also involves supporting logistics coordination, price surveys, and vendor relationship management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and pursue new leads for the purchase of scrap lead-acid batteries.
- Conduct market research to obtain competitive and favorable pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, supplier details, and product quality
- Supervise daily operations of collation centers in designated locations.
- Ensure that all handling, storage, and environmental practices comply with regulatory and internal standards.
- Conduct regular price surveys and report findings to the BD and Marketing Supervisor.
- Offer recommendations based on price trends and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree In a relevant course of study
- 1-2 years of experience
