The successful candidate will receive a monthly transportation allowance and performance-based commission for every successful client brought in.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, including businesses, residential communities, and individual property owners, interested in engaging security guard services. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and requests related to security services.
- Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize contracts while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs in the security services industry. Develop and implement strategies to position the company as a top provider of security solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and contracts. Submit regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless deployment of security guards to assigned beats. Provide feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
Requirements;
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the security services industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
