Role and Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans, write and present partnership and sales proposals, negotiate Retainership terms with partners as well as sales terms with clients.
Present and execute monthly sales activity plans, develop marketing materials, execute marketing campaigns and present activity reports as directed by business leadership.
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with partners, subscribers, government agencies, and other business contacts.
Manage back-end operations including subscribers account processing, customer onboarding, contracts administration, customer data maintenance, payments processing, claims administration and receivables management.
Hire, train and manage sales teams, supervise field sales agents and establish profitable presence in targeted sales channels.
Maintain social media platforms, generate for approval online contents and follow industry trends locally and internally.
Carry out other duties as assigned by business leadership
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A first degree or HND in Marketing, Economics, Law, Finance, Accounting or Equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Banking or other roles with significant customer or public interface
Strong Communication, Presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in the use of Office 365 applications especially Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as familiarity with Social Media marketing and online presence management
Experience working to and exceeding targets, preference will be given to candidates with experience of working in HMOs, Insurance Companies, Medical Rescue companies or similar businesses.
