We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by creating and forging strong relationships with clients and creating more business opportunities for the company.

Job Description/Requirements

•    Develop a growth strategy that is aimed at financial gain and client satisfaction.
•    Look for and creating new business opportunities for the company
•    Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
•    Source for and analyze available bids in the market and ensure quality submission of all bids. 
•    Review of information about demands and supply.
•    Responsible for preparation of company’s business proposals.
•    Source for, analyze, compile and coordinate response to RFPs (Request for proposal).
•    Responsible for the quality review of tenders and deadlines and to ensure that sure deadlines are met.
•    Responsible for generating formidable project schedule and technical proposal in response to RFPs.
•    Analyze and evaluate contractual, commercial and technical risks in all bids and commercial submissions.
•    Attend, follow up and defend bid submissions.
•    Responsible for negotiating with clients on behalf of company in order to secure deals and to implement pricing agreements.
•    Generate and review cost calculation for all tenders and bids.
•    Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
•    Prepare along with company solicitors business contracts and ensuring adherence to applicable extant law and guidelines.
•    Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
•    Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
•    Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
•    Planning and preparing presentations.
•    Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
•    Overseeing the development of marketing literature
•    Writing reports
•    Providing management with feedback.
•    Look for and creating new business opportunities for the company.

•    Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
•    Proven sales track record.
•    Experience in customer support services is a plus.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
•    Proficiency in English.
•    Market knowledge.
•    Communication and negotiation skills
•    Ability to build rapport.
•    Time management and planning skills
•    BSc/BA in business administration, Marketing, or relevant field
