Job Summary

We are seeking 4x strategic and results-driven Business Development Managers to lead revenue growth initiatives and drive high-value partnerships. This role requires a commercially savvy professional with deep expertise in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating large-scale deals

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets, verticals, or regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead high-impact sales and partnership negotiations, from pitch to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance, legal) to design tailored proposals and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track and report performance against KPIs, sales forecasts, and pipeline metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in business development and relationship management activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnership experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales or revenue targets.
  • Strong network within [industry-specific, e.g., tech, fintech, logistics, B2B SaaS, etc.] is a plus.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to build persuasive business cases.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance dashboards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and cross-functional environment.

  • B2B or enterprise-level deal-making: 6 years (Required)
  • Oil and Gas, IT, E-commerce, Hospitality or Real Estate: 6 years (Required)
