eGRID & Renewables Ltd (associated to OceanBay Mall Group) is part of a leading power group to improve power supply in Nigeria and below two openings exist for immediate appointment. The Company is involved in the provision of solar & diversified energy services and additionally associated with the manufacturing of Electricity Smart Meters to bridge the meter supply gap in Nigeria.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Promote the company’s products and services, addressing or predicting customers’ needs and strengthening relationships with customers
- Establish relationships with prospective customers and key contacts of target organisations, nationwide and make regular field visits
- Negotiate fees with customers and ensure that all marketing and sales transactions are profitable for the Company
- Oversee the preparation of Marketing and Sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to Senior Management/the Board of Directors, as required
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Revenue forecasts
- Develop plans to implement operational changes, to improve the effectiveness of the Business Development department
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or Engineering. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead Business Development role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Knowledge of Electricity Networks and Power Generation will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office – Powerpoint & Excel
Salary range: NGN100,000- NGN150,000
