Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the educational sector, including partnerships with schools, institutions, and educational technology providers.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives specific to the educational consulting industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the education sector.
- Utilize strategic methods to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients, focusing on educational institutions and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives that align with the firm's goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and profiles to clients, highlighting the firm's offerings and unique value proposition.
- Negotiate, follow up, and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners in the education industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions to make informed business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the Educational sector.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos Consulting market and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
