DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain current client relationships and identify potential new clients for the company.
- Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
- Market and close sales on behalf of the company
- Develop new sales strategies and improve sales through various methods
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
- Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Recruit, train and manage new consultants.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services
- Create innovative new ways to serve businesses
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- HND or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience in a Real Estate Industry or any other related industry
- Good sales skills and Marketing techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Exceptional research skills, strategy skills and good business intelligence.
- Excellent negotiation, office administrative and project management skills.
- Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
- Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
