Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and strategic partners;
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the B2B market.
- Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client databases.
Requirements:
- 5+years B2B sales in the Agri-Inputs industry, with deep expertise in fertilizers, crop protection, seeds, biostimulants, or micronutrients.
- Bachelor’s in Agricultural Science, Business, or related field; fluency in English.
- Data-driven & innovative: Strong analytical skills to derive market insights and develop differentiated solutions.
