Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new revenue channels, including B2B and B2C partnerships.
  • Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients to expand sales.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms, website updates, and email campaigns to reach a broader audience.
  • Organize community-based events and campaigns to showcase farm-to-table products and value-added items.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profit margins.
  • Establish sales targets and ensure the team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in agriculture or food industries is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
