Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new revenue channels, including B2B and B2C partnerships.
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients to expand sales.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, website updates, and email campaigns to reach a broader audience.
- Organize community-based events and campaigns to showcase farm-to-table products and value-added items.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profit margins.
- Establish sales targets and ensure the team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in agriculture or food industries is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
