Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking to grow our team. Are you the perfect fit? We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and take our products/services to market. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Participate in market research to identify new business growth opportunities.
  • Analyse current and past expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies, and revenues. This enables him/her to provide recommendations for the company’s growth and resolution of problems.
  • Develop innovative strategies for customer loyalty. This includes conducting interviews to receive feedback and incorporate it into our growth plans.
  • Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services; following them up so as to close the business deals.
  • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers.
  • Prepare annual budget (marketing) and track expenses relating to the budget.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry.
  • Establish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, presentations, and prospects.
  • Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing lists.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Create an efficient & professional work environment able to deliver sales growth & economic results within specific time frame.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive selling technology products.
  • Analytical skills: He/she must be an analytical thinker with the ability to analyze new and prospective opportunities in business.
  • Marketing skills: The ideal candidate should be able to pitch to clients on the company’s new and available products and services.
  • Good negotiation skills: The ideal candidate must have the ability to dialogue with prospective clients and arrive at a mutually beneficial outcome to help expand our clientele.
  • Ability to constantly generate new ideas for the company’s advancement and success
  • Project skills: Ability to manage projects effectively with developed goals and procedures for its implementation.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships in and outside the company.
  • Time management and planning skills.
